How-to: Reset Your Parent Account Password

Forgot the password for your Parent Account? No problem, if you know the e-mail address you used to create it we can get you back on track.

Please Note:

This process is only for Parent or Teacher Accounts. If you're having trouble logging into your child's account to play, visit this article.

1. Navigate to Prodigy on your device's browser and select Log In on the upper-right corner of the page.

2. Select the Forgot your password? option.

3. Enter the e-mail address you used to create your Parent Account.

If you have a Membership and are signing into your account for the first time, the email address would be the same that you provided at the time of purchase.

Further, if you created your Parent Account with Google you may have to select that option on the page shown above to access your account.

Please Note:

If you provide an e-mail address without a Prodigy account associated with it, a password reset will not be sent.  Please try with an alternate e-mail address if this is the case.

4. Instructions will be sent to the provided e-mail address explaining how to reset your password.

That's it! Visit your e-mail account to find and follow the instructions and be sure to check your junk/spam folders as well as any promotions, social, quarantine, or similar folders.

Once you're done, you'll be able to log in to Prodigy!
