The Twilight wheel is a night-time wheel run by Spinner, Wheeler's brother. Spinner allows for a single spin for non-members, and two spins for members, per day.

Access to the Twilight Wheel is limited from 4 pm to 11 pm, every day of the week. Outside of these times, the night wheel will appear closed.
