My child's data isn't displaying in my reports

To begin with, determine whether your child:

1. Isn't listed in your parent dashboard. 

To do this, login to your account. Your child's account should be listed on this page. If it is, proceed to step 2. 

If your child isn't listed in your reports, then you'll need to ensure they're added to your account in order to see their reporting data. To do so, please review the article listed here

2. They are listed but no data is populating in your reports. 

If your student or child is linked to your account but their reports are not populating any data then it's likely they're using an alternate account to the one that you have listed.

At this stage, you'll need to determine which account they are using and do 1 of 2 things: 

1. Instruct them to start using the account you've created for them. You can retrieve their username and password at anytime by following the steps outlined in this article

2. Add the account they are using actively to your account and the reports will populate immediately. To do so, please review this article
