If you're having trouble loading the leaderboard for any individual student or for a large group of your students then you're likely having elements of the website blocked by a network firewall.
If you suspect this is the case, then you'll need to add (or ask that your network administrator add) the following domains to the whitelist of accepted domains exactly as they appear below:
(Please note:) These are not front facing websites. You will not be able to access them through a browser.
If your leaderboard is out of date or does not appear correct then take the following steps:
1. Give it some time! The process of updating can vary and at times due to higher load will take somewhat longer to update. A period of 15 minutes or so should be adequate to determine if this is the source of the issue.
