How Do I Unlock My Epic?

Official Announcement
Prodigy’s Epics and their digital codes are no longer available to purchase as of December 2, 2019. Digital codes and the Epics toy line are not available to purchase via our website nor via our Customer Support team.
Previously purchased Epics are still available to be activated and used in-game and any previously activated Epics will be retained.
Customer Support Agents are not able to provide digital Epics codes.

While Epics are no longer available for sale, some users may have yet to activate their Epic in-game.

Follow the process below to activate your Epic pet!

1. Open your Epics box and locate your unique code on the underside of the box lid.

Please Note: Our codes contain no zeroes, only the letter "O"

2. Go to www.prodigygame.com/unlock and enter the username and password for the account that you'd like to pair your Epic with.

(Ensure this is the account you want to tag it to, as an Epic can only be used once!)

3. Enter the unique code listed on the box lid and select "Unlock".

For any issues unlocking your Epics or entering the unique code that comes with your Epics order, please contact our support team. You can do so by selecting "Submit a ticket" at the bottom of this page.

Please ensure to include the following information in your request:

1. The email address used to order the Epic.

2. The Epic code located on the underside of your Epic box lid or that was emailed to you.

3. The student username you have or hope to apply the Epic to.

4. Your 4 or 5 digit order number located in the subject line of your emailed confirmation.

Please Note: Epics are no longer available to order.  Please see more information in this article.
