How Do I Unlock My Epic?

Prodigy’s Epics and their digital codes are no longer available to purchase as of December 2, 2019. This means that digital codes and the Epics toy line will no longer be available to purchase via our website nor via our Customer Support team.
Previously purchased Epics are still available to be activated and used in game.  We would also like to stress that all players will retain all Epics previously activated.
Please note, Customer Support Agents are not able to provide digital Epics codes.

Congratulations on getting one of Prodigy's Epics! We hope you're ready to make the world of Prodigy safer for all its inhabitants!

Now that your Epic has arrived, please take the following steps:

1. Open your Epics box and locate your unique code on the underside of the box lid.

Please Note: Our codes contain no zeroes, only the letter "O"


2. Go to www.prodigygame.com/unlock  and enter the username and password for the account that you'd like to pair your Epic to. (Please ensure this is the account you want to tag it to, as something this epic can only be used once!!"

3. Enter the unique code listed on the box lid and select "Unlock".


For any issues with unlocking your Epics or entering your unique code that comes with your Epics order, please contact our support team. You can do so by selecting "Submit a request" at the top of this page. 

Please ensure to include the following information in your request: 

1. Your order #

2. The email address that was used to order your Epic

2. The student username you'd like to attach Epics to.
