How do my parents correct the shipping & contact information for my Epics order?

If your parents have entered incorrect or incomplete shipping or contact information for your Epics order, don't worry, our support team can help you out! 

Please contact our support team by selecting "Submit a request" at the top of this page and include the following information in your request to our support team: 

  • Your Epics order number
  • The information that you'd like changed
  • The correct information to input 

We'll get back to you as quickly as possible! 

Please Note: Shipping information can only be changed prior to you receiving confirmation that your item has been shipped. This can be as little as 1 business day after order confirmation is received.
