Cancelling your Membership will cause your benefits to expire at the end of your billing cycle and prevent future renewals.

Cancellation Instructions:
- Log in to your Parent Account at www.prodigygame.com. If you don't have an account, visit the webpage linked here for help!
- Select the Memberships button in the top-right corner (or the yellow Prodigy icon on mobile).
3. Locate the Membership you'd like to cancel. We offer Memberships for both Prodigy Math and Prodigy English, so be sure to select Cancel under the correct one!
4. Select Cancel membership.
5. Let us know why you're cancelling or, simply select Cancel paid membership at the bottom of your screen.
If you'd like to subscribe again, a new Membership must be purchased at www.prodigygame.com/memberships.

If you do not see a Membership on this page, you likely subscribed using another email address, or via Apple Subscriptions.
Check your Prodigy receipt to confirm the email address used during checkout, or review the Apple subscriptions cancellation process below.

3. Locate the Membership you'd like to cancel. We offer Memberships for both Prodigy Math and Prodigy English, so be sure to select Cancel under the correct one!
4. Select Cancel membership.
5. Let us know why you're cancelling or, simply select Cancel paid membership at the bottom of your screen.

If you subscribed to a Prodigy Membership via an Apple Subscription through the App Store, you will need to follow Apple's subscription cancellation process.

To confirm if your membership was purchased through Apple, on your iOS device go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to view any subscriptions purchased on your device.

Teachers (Desktop)
1. Log in to your Teacher Account at www.prodigygame.com.
2. Select your name from the top-right corner, then Memberships from the menu which appears.
3. Locate the Membership you'd like to cancel. We offer Memberships for both Prodigy Math and Prodigy English, so be sure to select Cancel Membership beside the correct one!
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Teachers (Mobile)
1. Log in to your Teacher Account at www.prodigygame.com.
2. Open the menu by selecting the three horizontal lines from the top-left corner of your screen.
3. Select your email from the menu to expand the sidebar, then select Memberships.
4. Locate the Membership you'd like to cancel. We offer Memberships for both Prodigy Math and Prodigy English, so be sure to select Cancel Membership beside the correct one!
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
