Why am I being billed more than once?

As is stated during the membership purchasing process and in our terms of service, all Prodigy memberships are recurring and are billed on either a monthly or annual basis

Unless your membership is cancelled prior to your term elapsing, your membership will renew automatically for a new term for the same length of time at term's end.

You can choose to cancel your membership at any time, which will allow it to continue until your expiry date but will prevent it from renewing at term's end.
