If a refund is expressly requested by the owner of the membership subscription within:
- The first 15 days of a monthly term
- The first 30 days of an annual term
A full refund of fees paid for the most recent term will be granted.
The refund will only be issued to the method of payment selected during your initial purchase of the membership subscription.
If you choose to cancel your membership subscription without expressly requesting a refund from Prodigy by e-mail, a refund will not be granted.
After the first 15 days of the most recent monthly term or 30 days of an annual term have elapsed, a refund will not be granted, nor will Prodigy pro-rate a fee charged.
