FAQ: Prodigy's Membership Renewal & Refund Policies

Prodigy offers membership services that require paid subscriptions in order to access.

By subscribing to these services you agree to the condition that membership subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

The renewal date is at the end of the term purchased. The term is one calendar month, 6-months, or one calendar year, as specified by the purchaser at the time of purchase.

Membership Renewal

Unless a membership subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date, it is understood that you authorize us to charge you for the renewal of the membership subscription, using the same method of payment chosen at the time of the initial purchase. Cancellation instructions are outlined in our support article linked here.

Unless otherwise notified by Prodigy prior to the renewal date, the renewal will be for the same term and amount as the initial purchase. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Membership Refunds

If the owner expressly requests a refund of the membership subscription within:

  • The first 15 days of a monthly term
  • The first 30 days of a 6-month term
  • The first 30 days of an annual term

A full refund of fees paid for the most recent term will be granted.

The refund will only be issued to the method of payment selected during your initial purchase of the membership subscription.

If you choose to cancel your membership subscription without expressly requesting a refund from Prodigy via a support ticket, chat, or phone, a refund will not be granted. 

After the first 15 days of the most recent monthly term or 30 days of an annual term have elapsed, a refund will not be granted, nor will Prodigy pro-rate a fee charged.

If you'd like to request a refund, please Submit a Request via www.prodigygame.com/support, start a live chat with a support agent or call us at the phone number at the bottom of this page during Phone Support Hours.

Please note:

This process does not apply to Memberships subscribed through the Prodigy App via Apple.

To confirm if your membership was purchased through Apple, on your iOS device go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to view any subscriptions purchased on your device.
